二、Procedure Summaries

  There are 6 types of dry pressing ferrite powder for customers:MGC-C1T,MGC-C2T, MGC-C3T,MGC-C1, MGC-C2 and MGC-C3. The procedure summaries for making magnet are as follows:
  1.The necessary secondary additives have been added into the powder during the grinding process. Customers shall only add proper quantity of binders and lubricants. The powder must pass through 120 mesh sieve before pressing, so as binders to be uniformly distributed for better orientation.

  2.Please take care of the cleaning of the equipments. Any other material and impurity should not be mixed into the powder.
  3.During pressing, the pressure required is ≥ 5000 N/cm2, and the magnetic field density is >7000 Oe(560kA/m).
  4.The sintering temperature for reference is 1220°C to 1270°C. Please note that the proper sintering temperature should be defined in accordance with the status of the sintered sample pill.
